Terms and Conditions of Sale

These T&Cs govern the contractual relationship between NEPHE SNC, Les Foyards 46, 2300 La Chaux-de-Fonds (Switzerland) and any buyer placing an order on nephe.ch.

Products

NEPHE offers Swiss Designed hockey sticks, designed in Switzerland. Product features are described on each product page. NEPHE reserves the right to modify its catalog at any time.

Prices

Prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF). NEPHE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order.

Order

Any order implies acceptance of these T&Cs. The order is confirmed after payment validation. NEPHE reserves the right to refuse an order in case of insufficient stock or doubt about the customer's solvency.

Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payments are secured via Shopify Payments. NEPHE accepts major credit and debit cards.

Delivery

Delivery across Switzerland in 1 to 3 business days. Lead times start from payment confirmation.

Warranty

NEPHE products are covered by the legal warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal or improper use of the product (breakage during play). Applicable law

These T&Cs are subject to Swiss law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction of the canton of Neuchâtel.
