Refund policy

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return an item, without having to justify your decision.

Return conditions

• The item must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
• Any damaged or incomplete item cannot be refunded.

Procedure

Contact us at contact@nephe.ch before any return, stating your order number. We will give you the return address.

Refund

Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days via the payment method used at order.
