Shipping policy

NEPHE delivers across Switzerland within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 are shipped the same day (Monday to Friday).

Shipping outside Switzerland is available to the countries offered at checkout. Shipping costs are shown at checkout, before the order is confirmed. No Swiss VAT is charged on these shipments (VAT-exempt export). Customs duties, import taxes and any fees in the destination country are paid by the recipient.
