ARTICLE 2: PRODUCTS

The products offered are carbon hockey sticks, available in Senior (CHF 129) and Junior (CHF 99) versions. NEPHE reserves the right to change prices at any time. Products are sold while stocks last.

ARTICLE 3: ORDER

Orders are confirmed after payment is verified. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the customer. NEPHE reserves the right to refuse any order in case of an existing dispute with the customer.

ARTICLE 4: PAYMENT

Payment is due immediately at order. Payments are secured via Shopify Payments. NEPHE accepts major credit and debit cards.

ARTICLE 5: SHIPPING

NEPHE ships exclusively within Switzerland. Delivery takes 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 are shipped the same day (Monday through Friday).

ARTICLE 6: RETURN RIGHT

In accordance with Swiss law, the customer has 14 days from receipt to return the product, provided it is in its original state, unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

ARTICLE 7: WARRANTY

NEPHE products are covered by the legal warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from normal or abusive use (breakage during play).

ARTICLE 8: DISPUTES

In case of dispute, Swiss law applies. The competent court is that of NEPHE SNC's registered office in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Neuchâtel.
