Return and refund policy

RETURNS

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return a product.

For the return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:

  • Product in its original state, unused
  • Original packaging intact
  • Accompanied by the order slip

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@nephe.ch with your order number and the reason for return. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

REFUNDS

Once the return is received and inspected, we'll email you whether it's accepted or not. If accepted, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS

Used products or products damaged through normal use (breakage during play) are not eligible for refund.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges for a different flex or curve, subject to stock availability. Contact us at contact@nephe.ch.
